The DORMER DOOR is an affordable solid core unit to access attic spaces. It is an attractive solution for new or retrofit applications. Ships fully assembled for a quick and easy DIY knee wall installation that will provide a year round sealed protection.

Door slab is manufactured using 1-3/8" thick MDF - a recycled wood fiber more stable than wood - and comes fully weather-striped to protect against heat loss during winter and air-conditioning loss during summer. Pre-hung units can be ordered in single or double swing configurations.

Basic unit comes with smooth surface, wooden knob, magnetic catch and brass hinges. Different raised panel options are available as well as satin nickel and oil rubbed bronze hinges. Can be ordered with bore and mortise for standard lockset instalation.
